🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Fancy Collective, we provide professional-grade business equipment and curated supply kits. Due to the high-value nature of these business tools and the logistical costs of heavy equipment, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges To maintain the integrity of our inventory for all Founding Makers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Professional Magnet Machinery

  • Business Launch Kits & Bundles

  • Refill Materials & Supplies

  • Digital Products, Templates, or Training

  • Custom or Personalized Items

Damaged or Defective Items Every machine is quality-checked before leaving our Canadian facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include: Order number, clear photos of the packaging, and photos/video of the specific issue.

  • Note: We will provide a replacement part or resolution at our discretion for verified manufacturing defects.

Cancellations You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final.

Business Use & Results Disclaimer Fancy Collective provides the tools, supplies, and systems for you to build a business. However, we are not a franchise.

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results or business success.

  • Your results are a direct reflection of your individual effort, marketing execution, and consistency.

  • Our training and guidance are educational resources and should be used as such.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from our Canadian warehouse.

  • Customs: Canadian orders are free of import duties. International customers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Fancy Collective is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or labor disputes once the package has left our facility.

Proper Use & Safety Our machines are industrial-grade tools and require proper handling. Fancy Collective is not liable for:

  • Injury or property damage resulting from equipment misuse.

  • Production errors (e.g., ruined paper or materials) caused by the user.

  • Loss of income due to equipment downtime.

Intellectual Property All templates, Video Vault content, and PDF guides are for the exclusive use of the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our training materials or Canva templates with third parties.
