📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every curated gift box from Fancy Collective is thoughtfully hand-packed in our Montreal-area studio to ensure a beautiful and pristine unboxing experience.
⏱️ Processing Times
- Standard Curations: Processed and prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Corporate & Bulk Orders: Timelines vary by quantity and customization. A custom delivery schedule will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
🚚 Tracked Shipping Across Canada
We ship our curations safely using our secure regional courier network. All shipments include a live tracking link sent straight to your email.
- Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days in transit.
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days in transit.
- Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on box size and weight.
📍 Montreal Local Delivery & Pickup
Live in the area? We offer flexible local options automatically calculated at checkout:
- Local Delivery: Available starting at a $10 fee depending on your distance from our studio. Local deliveries are typically dropped off within 1–2 business days after processing.
- Studio Pickup: Free local pickup is available by appointment. You will receive an email notification with instructions as soon as your box is ready.
🛑 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your recipient's address, apartment numbers, and buzzers at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at hello.fancycollective@gmail.com. Once a package has been dispatched to the courier, address changes cannot be guaranteed, and buyers are responsible for any return-to-sender fees.
📸 Damaged Packages or Missing Items
We pack our boxes to survive rough transit, but if an item arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the outer shipping box and the damaged product. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
