At Fancy Collective, we know that getting your business tools quickly and safely is a top priority. Because we are based in Quebec, Canada, we offer domestic fulfillment that bypasses the long wait times and high import fees of overseas shipping.
1. Processing Time
• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock kits and supplies are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship according to the date listed on the specific product page.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Within Canada (Domestic)
• No Customs Fees: Since we ship from within Canada, there are no surprise duties or brokerage fees for our Canadian customers. The price at checkout is your final price.
• Delivery Times: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your province.
Estimated delivery time:
Urban Canada: 2-4 business days
Most provinces: 3-7 business days
Remote areas: 5-10 business days
• Tracking: All kits are shipped via tracked services. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

3. International Shipping (USA & Global)
• In-Stock Priority: Our in-stock inventory is reserved for Canadian domestic orders to ensure fast 2–7 day delivery.
US customers : please contact us before ordering for a custom quote.
• International Fulfillment: International orders are fulfilled via our "Facility-Packed" stream. These items are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Transit Times: Due to the weight of the equipment and international transit protocols, please allow a delivery window of 25–35 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is in transit.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are the "Importer of Record" and are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their local government upon entry. Fancy Collective has no control over these charges.

4. Shipping Rates & Transparency
• Canada-Wide: We believe in transparent pricing. All "Business-in-a-Box" kits include complimentary tracked shipping within Canada. The price you see on the product page is your final price at checkout.
• International: Shipping for international orders is also included in the listed price. However, please note the "Facility-Packed" transit window of 25–35 business days.

5. Damaged Packages
• Every kit is personally inspected and hand-packed by our team in Quebec. We use reinforced, industrial packaging specifically designed to protect professional machinery during transit.
• Our Protection Guarantee: While we take every precaution to ensure your kit arrives in mint condition, we ask that you inspect your delivery upon arrival.
• Arrival Support: In the rare event that your package shows signs of rough handling during transit, please take a photo of the unopened box and contact us at hello.fancycollective@gmail.com within 48 hours. As a Founding Maker, you have priority support, and we will ensure any shipping-related issues are resolved immediately so you can start your business without delay.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
• Fancy Collective is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
• We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address where someone can receive the heavy parcel directly.
